The next generation portable gaming console known as the NGP, will be the next new thing to be released by Sony later this year. As impressive as it is, the NGP comes wih analog joysticks just like the PS3 controller. It is also a bit bigger than the ordinary PSP and features more resolutions that brings about sharper images and gameplay. However, it is been review that such comes with a price...


The NGP does not allow battery changing and is sealed tight just like the Iphone. With its battery life of 4 - 5 hours , many were concern as it does not seemed to last really long as to compared with the 3DS which has an hour more on top of it. That means that for almost every trip out with your handheld gaming console, you'd need to probably charge it frequently and almost daily for that.


However the NGP does come with many new stuff from touch screen gaming and many more.... Perhaps a short video would describe much more than I could say. Whether or not this will take off successfully depends on how Sony is able to convince the public that its well worth it despite the minor issues being address...

Apart from Illusion Soft, Eroge company KISS finally debuts a 3D eroge known as Custom Maid 3D. Somehow or rather, it looks similar to the title 3D Custom Girl but with additional modes as seen in the videos below. Trying to get my hands on it for a better review, other than that the graphics are somewhat astounding. What's even better is that you could customise just about anything you'd want. Seems like the characters are completely customizable with this new game, eroges can't get any better than this... Remembered them being pixels and in 2D in the past but things sure change over the years...


My personal favorite would be the dance scene wich is so much like the Idolmaster style kinda game. All eyes will be on this game pretty soon because of it as Idolmaster fans will soon take notice of it soon enough. Gathering more info about this game so stay tune for more...

PainStation was created by two German designers. It’s almost a normal Pong game. But when you lose you don’t just feel the disappointment, you also feel pain. Your left hand is positioned on the Pain Execution Unit. And missing the ball results in different types of pain. You may feel heat, punches or electroshock of varying duration depending where the ball hits. The game ends when one of the players decides that he had enough pain...


A typical design of the PainStation console which is pretty much exaggerated due to its bulky unit just for a pong game... Just when you thought you could get all comfortable wriggling your joystick of your PS3, wait till you try PainStation instead...


I wonder who still wants to play Pong... One fo the most pixellated 2D classic game where you'd prevent the ball from flying out of your court... And when that happens, you get tortured in the process... Not worth it for the pain you'll be experiencing... Perhaps if you are a Sadist or Masochist, this may be something you've been looking for...


The execution unit aren't a pretty sight too... Guess you gonna get burned, electrocuted or beaten up by a machine you will soon come to hate... This game will create riots in a way or another...


And how bad were the wounds...? A little black, bruises and cuts will soon be coming to you soon playing this without fail... So maybe perhaps you might wanna expert this so that you could become a pro in torturing people without the need to do it yourself, but through a friendly little game of Pong...

Once again the popular Survival Horror game titled Dead Space is back with a second installment. More gruesome and intense than ever, Dead Space will surely make you scream and go crazy while fighting for survival. Released on the 25 Jan 2011 this year, Dead Space 2 features both singleplayer and multiplayer mode to fight the monsters known as Necromorphs.


Engineer Isaac Clarke returns in Dead Space 2 for another blood-curdling adventure in the sequel to Dead Space 1. After waking from a coma on a massive space city known as "The Sprawl", the lone survivor of a horrific alien infestation finds himself confronting a catastrophic new nightmare. Battling dementia, hunted by the government, and haunted by visions of his dead girlfriend, Isaac will do whatever it takes to save himself and dominate the gruesome onslaught.


The game's pretty cinematic and gives a great and deadly ambiance of the infested station that crawls with the many necromorphs that roamed the place. Not every moment is calm or a safe haven as the second installment releases more terror than ever before, leaving you at the mercy of those flesh ripping monsters. Dead Space 2 currently retails at approximately SGD$58 and above so you might wanna grab a copy because its a recommended game for this year...


Yup, whatever you might see here is the actual footage and gameplay of the game. If you have yet to know what Dead Space is about, there's even a recap mode in the game mode. Strangely enough, Final Fantasy XIII is getting a continuation this year as announced by Square Enix. Despite the criticism about the previous game, it seems like they had decided to lay another bet which many fans doubt it would be enough to fully satisfy what they really want. The Final Fantasy Franchise has been wobbly these years due to the fact that the RPG eras have been long gone and FPS have been the hottest in recent years...


Despite all of that, a little introduction video of the new FFXIII-2 is not only visually stunning, but seems kinda fun in some ways or another. However, I would probably wait for the reviews and judgment first before deciding on purchasing anymore Final Fantasy series games...

Before I start let me make this clear, all games featured in this list are based on US release dates.

It's been a long time since I've touch my game consoles and would probably be spending some time playing my xbox 360 these days. Bought Final Fantasy 13 just recently so thought of trying it out. Yup, regardless of many bad reviews and stuff, I'd still bought it due to the fact that Final Fantasy had been with me for a long time since childhood. Hopefully it doesn't turn out just as bad as the reviews...

The Singapore Toys, Games And Comics Convention is drawing near and will start on the 10 - 12 Dec 2010. You can get those tickets online at Gatecrash or call their hotline number to order one. Also, you can actually purchase them at AXS or SAM machines located around Singapore. Had mine purchased yesterday and it cost a whooping $25 for 3 days entry. Well, this event only happens yearly so I guess we do not really have a choice... Buy now to avoid disappointment and lining up over at the convention area just to get the tickets for entry...

My Steam account for gaming was hijacked by some hackers yesterday and could not login to it with my password. There have been some circulation of mails in which prompts you to join a Russian group which makes you login to your account upon joining. Surprisingly, you will be directed to a duplicated or mirrored Steam website to cover their tracks. Lesson learnt? If you do have a Steam account, please check with your friends about it and also accept any invitations unless you've confirm their authenticity. This problem is spreading like wildfire in this recent weeks so gamers please be aware of such scams.

Speaking of parodies, MGS has been given the comedic treatment with anime counterparts. Her you could see the mixture of monster hunter with MGS.


Pokemon has always been the center attraction when it comes to fighting monsters and the trademark ball that stores them... Well if Solid will to have one of these things, perhaps Metal Gears wiould be a lot more easier to defeat...


Seems that the vocaloid wasn't spared from the hands of MGS parodies and certainly this looks horribly painful to one's eyes... And replacing the leek with snakes instead, this is one cosplay I would not want to see...


Perhaps one of the best way to advertise the Amazon.com with snake hiding in his iconic box.

    Alright everyone, two more videos were released on the Milky Holmes Website. This time, I actually took the time to subtitle the videos. I tried my best, but I was still unable to translate everything correctly. If I was unsure of a line, I added an asterisk to the end of it. Make sure that when you watch, the subtitles are on.

What is the similarities of Pokemon with Left 4 Dead? Read this comic strip and find out. Parodies like that comes out very often in almost all successful franchises around the world and is seemingly humorous somehow to see the western and eastern artwork combine... In such cases, these can be seen in real life action films ripped from Japanese animes for example dragonball and even games like Tekken.

Made from 900 eroge artworks, someone indeed has lots of time with him to put them all together to from yet another explicit picture. Though it's a bit blurry, but its outlines would catch your attention. And just to be sure, you could click on the picture above for a larger view so that you may see what it's made of. Well, sometimes it doesn't hurt to have a collection of eroges... That is if you have uses for them for times such as this...

     That's right, an update! The Milky Holmes Website released a new video showing a nice scene. Just in case you are unable to follow what they are saying here is a bit of a summary. The group is deciding on the name of their team. Everyone agrees that it's a good idea, but Sheryl decides to take it a step further and have everyone shout it out right then and there. Anyway, they apparently come up with the lewd yet lolitastic name Milky Holmes quite spontaneously, and the scene ends with a nice group shot.

     Based on this scene I'm guessing it's safe to say that the PSP game's events are stretching back before the events in the anime. We know that the girls of Genius4 are going to be in the game as well, so perhaps the game spans the anime's story. However it is more likely that the game follows it's own story altogether.

Another4 batch of game consoles had just arrived and they've once again flooded the market with seemingly familiar designs that will fool unsuspected customers into purchasing them. One of the perfect examples would be this hand-held game which was originally a Nintendo Gameboy Micro...


Looks like the real thing and even down to the designs and the box cover. Sometimes it keeps me wondering how these consoles work... Perhaps once again with those 8bits pixel games that you might found in your classic Atari game sets?


If the anime The World God Only Knows could make a handheld console know as the PFP (Out from the PSP), I don't see why there wouldn't be a version known as the PCP... In fact, the name PCP rings a bell in the anime known as Bakuman (Where the duo becomes famous with this new series they created...)


This time, there's even a POP version of the popular PSP... With additional buttons too! Even to the box design, it is totally copied. But judging from the screen, it would probably load some pixel games out from the classic Nintendo world...

     This isn't going to be one of those "I want this but don't have enough money" posts. I've been saving my money diligently. And I will have enough to buy Christmas presents for my family, and still afford the 2 games I wanted! Ahh, yes. It is a very comforting feeling to know that I have hundreds of dollars to dish out on games from Japan. Anyway, onto the list!


1. Tantei Opera: Milky Holmes [Limited Edition]
Price tag: Around $100 I believe
    Mostly I want this game for the cuteness. The extreme loli cuteness. But I also want this game because I've fallen in love with the anime. I've visited the game's official site and found some voice samples, and even the guys have voice samples included, so I'm guessing it is fully voiced and that is a big plus. Also, I've become somewhat of a Cordelia fan. So please respect my wishes and stay the crap away from her.


2. Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii wake ga Nai Portable [Limited Edition]
Price tag: Probably around like $120...
    I'm not that in love with the anime. Well, I am, but the hype around it sort of makes me want to not like it because I'm weird like that... But I do like seeing cute anime girls on my psp. I also like hearing them talk. I could care less about routes and item and such. I just want to hear the lolis talk and make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. And neighbor-girl is super hot.


3. Flying Lessons
Price tag: Around $5000
    Alright, I can't afford this one. But it would be a nice gift from Santa-san. Haven't you ever wanted to fly? I'm dead serious. Ever since I saw Porco Rosso back when, I've wanted to fly a plane. A sea plane specifically :3


    So, leaving aside the flying lessons for a moment, I will most likely be getting both of these games. The odds are close to 100%.  Since many blogs seem to already be covering the Ore Imo PSP game, I'm going to continue to cover the Milky Holmes PSP game as I find more thing out about it.
